Northside Community Service offers short-term casework and supported referrals for young people between the ages of 12-25yrs old. Our team of dedicated case managers will work with young people using a strengths-based approach to reach self-identified goals.

The Northside case management team will assist young people by providing advocacy and support in areas such as:

• Housing
• Education
• Mental Health
• Employment
• Legal Support
