Northside Community Service offers a free 15-seater bus (with wheelchair access) for organisations in Canberra, available for booking on weekdays and weekends.

Northside Community Service is offering a bus (15 seats + 1 wheelchair & ramp) for not-for-profit organisations and community groups to utilise here in Canberra.

And it’s free!

The bus is based at our head office in Dickson and can be reserved for most times during the week and on weekends.

You will need a driver with a current Heavy Vehicle Licence, but if you don’t have a driver, we can provide one for you.

Booking the Northside Community Bus is easy.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Pick-up and return location: NCS Head Office, 2 Rosevear Pl, Dickson.
  2. NCS drivers are available 8am – 6pm on weekdays only.
  3. Drivers assigned by the hirer will need to complete a Northside Community Service Volunteer Induction (approx. 2hrs).
