Finding help as an older citizen when you need it can be hard.

The Care Finder Program supports eligible people over the age of 65 who need extra support to access services and programs.

The focus of our current program is around building skills and knowledge, as well as community connections.

People may be eligible if they:

• Don’t have a carer or support person
• Don’t speak English as a first language
• Find Government services confusing or challenging

Our helpful team will support eligible people to understand what services are available, how to access them, and provide referrals.
