Our Strategic Plan for 2023-2027

Our strategic direction is important, because fundamentally our goals aren’t about Northside – but about the children, young people, women, older citizens, and community members with whom we work. Setting ourselves clear goals for where we want to be in five years’ time means that we can better serve everyone who engages with us.

After the unexpected challenges of the last few years, it could be a little daunting to be introducing a plan for the next five years! But fortunately, the work our Board of Directors, Executive, and leadership team has undertaken together in preparing this Strategic Plan has meant that we are energised and excited by this roadmap for Northside.

While no-one can be certain about what the next five years may bring, we are certain that we will respond to it with a clear sense of purpose, confidence in what we do well, and the courage to acknowledge where we go wrong and continually improve.

This Strategic Plan builds on our strengths and successes, while also setting some bold goals for advocacy, sustainability, and supporting our workforce. We look forward to working with the Northside team, our sector partners, and the ACT and Federal Government over the course of this plan to ensure we can meet these goals.
