Supporting positive interactions, engagement and behaviour is one of the most challenging parts of an educator’s role. Children are still learning and developing their skills around communication and independence, and need ongoing support to navigate that journey.
This workshop will use concrete examples and stories of practice to support professionals to move beyond “managing behaviour” and create peaceful learning spaces.

Presenter: Liam McNicholas has worked in a range of roles in early childhood education, as well as writing and broadcasting regularly on issues affecting early childhood education in Australia.
