Although recruitment strategies may vary slightly for specific positions based on the role requirements, we do request a standard of particular information for all applications including:
- A copy of your resume
- A cover letter outlining your suitability for the position
- For positions where Selection Criteria are explicitly provided within the Position Description, applicants will need to address the Selection Criteria individually and include a copy of their responses with their application
- Proof of eligibility to work legally within Australia for relevant applicants.
Once you have submitted your application a member of our recruitment panel will contact you to provide feedback on the progress of your application. Typically, interview rounds are conducted with several panel members including the supervisor or manager of the position vacant. Several interview rounds may be conducted before a final placement is made, at which time applicants and interviewees will be notified in writing or by phone.
