The Northside Team is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from exceptional leaders to join our Community Service team as our new ‘Senior Manager – Aged Care & Inclusion’ on a full time basis.
Reporting to our Executive Director – Community Services, the main focus of this position is to support, grow and lead a highly professional outreach team delivering best practice services to older community members and individuals experiencing social isolation.
You will have extensive leadership experience in the delivery of community based age care or comparable services. You will also have an excellent understanding of client, workforce and stakeholder needs, and an innate ability to find and communicate innovative and effective solutions to meet those needs.
Demonstrated experience in developing fee for service and client directed care models of service delivery are highly desirable.
The position is directly responsible for business development, operational management and quality assurance of the ACI portfolio which includes but is not limited to the following programs:
- In Home Support
- Community Transport
- Social Inclusion (Individual and groups)
- Community Access
- Aged Care and NDIS Services
- Home Care and Veterans Affairs Packaged Care
